Cookie Policy

Last updated: 26 August 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how bricomexor.com, operated by ROIERS HUB S.R.L., uses cookies and similar technologies. It supplements the Privacy Policy and follows Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, the Italian Data Protection Authority’s Guidelines on cookies of 10 June 2021, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

1. Who is responsible

ROIERS HUB S.R.L. Via Alberto Sordi 2, 81030 Lusciano (CE), Italy VAT / Tax code: 04956490611 Email: info@bricomexor.com

2. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. Cookies let a site remember your actions and preferences over time. Similar technologies — local storage, pixels, SDKs and fingerprinting techniques — can achieve the same result and are treated the same way in this policy.

Cookies can be first-party (set by bricomexor.com) or third-party (set by another domain, such as an analytics or video provider). They can be session cookies, deleted when you close the browser, or persistent cookies, which stay until they expire or you delete them.

3. Categories we use

Technical cookies — no consent required

Necessary to make the site work and to deliver the service you asked for: keeping your session, remembering your cookie choices, security and load balancing, and the shopping basket where direct sales are active. These cookies are used on the basis of Article 122 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and cannot be switched off from the banner.

Analytics cookies

Used to understand how visitors use the site and which pages are read. These require your consent, unless they are supplied by a first-party tool with IP truncation and no data sharing with third parties, in which case the Italian Authority treats them as technical cookies.

Profiling and marketing cookies

Used to build a profile of your interests and to show advertising, including on third-party sites, and to track referrals from affiliate links. These are only installed after you give consent through the banner.

Third-party providers process the data they collect as independent controllers, under their own privacy notices. The table is verified against an automated cookie scan of the live site before each update of this policy; if you find a cookie that is not listed, write to info@bricomexor.com and we will check it.

Third-party cookies are governed by the privacy notices of the respective providers, which we link in the table above where applicable. We have no control over cookies set by third parties.

5. How to give, refuse or change consent

When you first visit the site, a banner lets you accept all cookies, refuse all non-technical cookies, or choose by category. Refusing is as easy as accepting: closing the banner with the “X” does not amount to consent, and only technical cookies are installed.

You can change or withdraw your choices at any time through the cookie settings link in the site footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

6. Managing cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Instructions for the main browsers:

  • Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies
  • Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy

Blocking all cookies, including technical ones, may stop parts of the site from working correctly.

7. Retention and your rights

Cookie durations are shown in the table in section 4. Consent records are kept for the period needed to demonstrate compliance, and in any case no longer than 24 months.

You have the rights set out in Articles 15 to 22 GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it). Requests go to info@bricomexor.com. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

This Cookie Policy is updated whenever the cookies in use change. The current version, with its date, is always published on this page.
